This Lighted Swirl  Church Lantern is 8.5" in height.  The box itself is plastic.  The coloring on the top and bottom are a type of brass look.  This piece takes batteries but does have adaptor capability.  The saying on this piece says  "Be the light".  When it is lighted it tends to give off all sort of different colors and makes for a very pretty scene.  The scene inside is a church with building in the background..  To get the full effect of this piece, you may want to turn off the lights and see the beauty of the scene.
