This picture frame is now Retired. The frame stands about 5" in height. It has gold colored two front legs. There are two gold decorations at the top of the frame. The border around the outside of the frame is an aqua color. The border inside the frame is purple with little rhinestones around the frame. At the top of the frame is a pink plaque like decoration with the word Perfect written in black. At the bottom part of the frame, the rest of the saying states in every way! The whole saying is Perfect in every way! Inside around the picture area is a pink border which goes all the way around.  The picture area inside the frame is oval shaped. The size in the inner area is 2.75" x  2". This frame comes in its own box. The inside has a satin area. The outside of the box is rose pink with green circles around the words HIGH MAINTENANCE in black letters on a pink border with a gold crown centered in the middle. Below the pink border is a thin gold border and the whole area background is on a purple-blue background. In this area are the words Little Charger in Training. Followed by numbers and the words just inside the green bead border are High Maintenance and Exp. Never!
