This Arctic Snowman was made in China.  He is made by Joseph Studio.  His measurements are 7.5" in height, 4.25" in width, and 5.5" in length.  His coat is white and his gown is blue with white highlights.  He is wearing a blue scarf around his neck and there is a blue bird sitting on one his arms made from a short branch.  His hat is a dark blue with a white trim around his hat with a snowflake in the front.  There is also a blue bird that is sitting on the brim of his hat.  At the bottom of his gown on the left side is a penguin, a rabbit, and a small polar bear.  This would make a great gift or a special figurine to add to a snowman collection.
