This picture frame is RETIRED. The size of the picture frame where the picture goes in is 2.75" squared. The frame it self is 6.5"  x  6.5". There is a pinkish white border around the sides of the frame with little tiny black dots. The top of the frame has a scalloped white lace border around the outer border. The background of the frame is black with a grid on the top. In each small diamond shaped point of the grid is a different colored flower at each point of the diamond shape. Each flower has two green leaves. The color of the small flower could be lavender, rose, gold, or blue with a yellow center in the middle. Each alternating section of the grid has a pink heart with trim around the outside and a small red heart in the middle of the pink heart. In the middle of the frame is the picture area that has a white scalloped lace like border around it. In the background of the center, there are small yellow hearts on a background of yellow. There is a lady sitting in a coral chair and wearing a flower decorated hat and you see a hand pouring out of a yellow decorated tea pot small red hearts into the lady's white cup. The cup is about full of red heart and on the outside of the cup it is written cup of kindness. The lady is wearing a blue blouse with a button like pin in the middle. Her collar is a white lacy type of collar.
