The size of the picture part of the frame is 2.625" x  3.75". The height of the frame is 8.74". The outside border of the frame is red-orange color. The top border are cottage rose flowers with two green leaves on a golden orange border. On the inside of the border are small holly and gold stars that are surrounding the inner area around the frame. Next is the same red-orange color followed by a gold scallop border followed by an orange plaid border around where the picture will go. There is a red-orange border which surrounds the picture area. Inside where the picture will go you see a warm scene of a fireplace with a small chair with presents and presents that are on either side of the fireplace. There is a yellow cat sleeping on a blue pillow and the ledge of the fireplace is decorated with stockings that are hung. Above that in gold capital letters is the saying BE WARM INSIDE AND OUT. The letters are on a blue background with red flowers above it.
