Julie Ueland Snowman Lotion Dispenser is RETIRED.  It is a hand painted cermanic.  The height of the snowman dispenser is about 7 1/2" in height from the bottom of the snowman to the top of the dispenser.  The snowman is white with black dots all over him.  He has five black buttons that go down the front of him.  His shoes and his hat are black with white spots.  He has a blue band that goes around his hat and a mistletoe flower that is on the right side of the hat.  He has a rose scarf that goes around his neck with white spots on it and his mittens are also rose color with white spots.
