The Penguin lotion dispenser is RETIRED. The Penguin has a black body with a white front with little tiny black dots that goes down the middle of him. He has yellow nose and feet. He is wearing a plaid scarf and a red hat with a plaid rim. The top of the dispenser is white. He is about 6 1/2" from the bottom of him to the top of the dispenser. This item is a hand painted ceramic.
