This figural vase is RETIRED.  This little girl vase is 7 1/2" in height.  Her hair is a light color of red and she is wearing her hair in pig tails.  She is wearing a green hat with little tan dots all of the way around.  Her dress is the same color of tan as the dots on her hat.  Over the tan dress she is wearing a type of light green pinafore.  It also has matching tan dots the color of her dress and on her cap.  There is an army green type of apron over her skirt.  On the apron it reads:  A World without Friends would be Like a Garden without Flowers.  There is a hole in the waist of her dress where the tiny vase goes.  THE FLOWERS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE ARE NOT INCLUDED.
